1. Who We Are

TraderDeck ("we", "us") operates the Service at traderdeck.net and related subdomains. For EU/UK data subjects, we act as the data controller for personal data you submit through the Service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data (handled by Clerk): email address, name, hashed password or federated-login identifier, authentication metadata.
• Billing data (handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record): payment method, billing address, transaction history. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Subscription state: tier, status, billing-period end, store/variant IDs — stored in our Neon Postgres database.
• Product telemetry: API requests you initiate (e.g., Jarvis generation parameters), rate-limit counters, error logs. Retained up to 30 days.
• Cookies & local storage: session cookies (Clerk), language preference, and client-side UI state. No third-party advertising cookies.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Authenticate you and enforce subscription access tiers.
• Process payments and send billing receipts.
• Detect abuse, debug errors, and secure the platform.
• Communicate service updates and, with consent, product news.

5. Data Retention

Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active and for up to 3 years after deletion for tax and audit requirements. Product telemetry is retained up to 30 days. You may request earlier deletion; some data may persist where retention is legally required.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. International Transfers

Our processors operate servers in the United States, European Union, and other regions. Where applicable, transfers rely on the processor's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. Security

We encrypt data in transit (HTTPS with HSTS), isolate services behind Clerk and Vercel security baselines, and apply per-user rate limits on sensitive endpoints. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to security@traderdeck.net.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this Policy

Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
